LAPS/LSAAs - Long Term Care Home Accountability Planning Submissions/Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreements
On April 1, 2007 the LHINs assumed responsibility for planning, funding and integrating health services and since that time, Long-Term Care Homes (LTCHs) and the Central East LHIN have negotiated Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreements (LSAAs) which form the basis for a multi year planning and funding framework for each organization.
Below you will find the agreements with all the Central East LHIN’s long-term care homes. The LHINs, alongside numerous stakeholders, negotiated these new agreements to take effect on April 1, 2016. Each agreement is 3 years in length and contains details specific to each home, including performance obligations specific to the Central East LHIN. In 2017, an amending agreement was executed along with refreshed schedules.
