Chair – Foster Loucks (Haliburton)
From 1995 until 2002, Foster Loucks was the CEO of Haliburton Highlands Health Services. Prior to that, he was the administrator of Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital in Thunder Bay, a position he held from 1986 to 1995. He was also executive director of the former Thunder Bay District Health Council from 1982 until 1986. Loucks is a past trustee of the Ontario Hospital Association's Board of Directors and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Thunder Bay Children's Aid Society.

Vice-Chair – Joseline Sikorski (Port Perry)
Joseline Sikorski is a Certified Healthcare Executive who has held several senior executive positions including: President & CEO of the Ontario Safety Association for Community and Healthcare (OSACH), COO Lakeridge Health Corporation – Port Perry , VP Programs & Clinical Services St. Joseph's Health Care Hamilton, President & CEO Winchester District Memorial Hospital, Principal Consultant KPMG, Executive VP Centenary Health Centre and Directors of Patient Services University of Ottawa Heart Institute. She is also a past surveyor with Accreditation Canada, has held join appointments with the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa and McMaster University and is a past President of the College of Nurses of Ontario. Sikorski has served on several councils and boards including the Toronto Cardiac Care Network, the Ottawa Heart Institute Advisory Council, the Ottawa Regional Cancer Center, the National Blood Transition Board, the Ontario Diabetic Association, the Hamilton- Wentworth Visiting Homemakers Association, the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Council, the Minister of Labour's Health Care Advisory Panel & Section 21 OH&S Advisory Committees as well as the Center for Research Excellence in Occupational Diseases, the Mohawk College Health Sciences and the MoHLTC Healthy Work Environments.

Member – Jean Achmatowicz MacLeod C.M. (Ashburn)
Jean Achmatowicz MacLeod has a long history of volunteerism in health care. She chaired the Oshawa General Hospital during its restructuring process, chaired the Board of Whitby Mental Health Centre during the period of planning for a new hospital and served as the inaugral Chair of the Grandview Rehabilitation and Treatment Centre. Jean was also a founding chair of both the Hospital Council of Durham Region and the GTA/905 Healthcare Alliance. Jean is a past Board member of the Ontario Hospital Association and Cancer Care Ontario and was Chair of the Central East Mental Health Implementation Task Force. Jean has received many awards throughout her years as a volunteer, including the Order of Canada in 2002.

Member - Ronald Francis (Scarborough)
Ronald Francis of Scarborough is a full-time professor in the School of Accounting and Finance at Seneca College and a part-time lecturer in professional accounting programs conducted at York, Ryerson and the University of Toronto. Francis has served as a board member of the North York General Hospital, North York Branson Hospital, Kingsway College and the Toronto Junior Board of Trade. He was awarded his FCGA Fellowship in 1998 and was a member of the board of the Canadian Academic Accounting Association and of the Certified General Accounts of Canada. With more than a decade of service on the Board of Governors of CGA Ontario, he was president and chair for 2003-2004. He currently sits on the Canadian University College Board and its Finance Committee and is the chaplaincy speaker at the Bendale Acres Home for the Aged.

Member - Wayne Gladstone (Port Perry)
Mr. Gladstone was Senior Vice-President of Finance and Administration at OMERS (Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System) for 15 years where his responsibilities included corporate strategic planning, financial controls and reporting, risk management framework and financial and technology support. A Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a past board member at Lakeridge Health, Mr. Gladstone is currently a Board member and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee at HOOPP, the Ontario health care pension fund and serves on the Board of CESO, a volunteer organization working to strengthen social and economic well being in Canada and abroad.

Member - Stephen Kylie (Peterborough)
Stephen Kylie was past-chair of the St. Joseph’s Care Group. He is a life-long resident of the City of Peterborough where he has practised law since 1980. He is on the board of directors of three of Peterborough’s electric corporations, an active Rotarian and chair of the Mayor’s Centennial Celebrations Committee for the City of Peterborough. Kylie has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Catholic Health Association of Ontario, chair of the Kawartha Pine Ridge Lung Association, director of the Ontario Lung Association, chair of the 1998 Ontario Winter Games and Legacy Fund Committee, chair of Peterborough’s Bid to Host the 2001 Canada Summer Games, and chair of Peterborough’s Bid to Host an Olympic Youth Camp in cooperation with the City of Toronto’s Olympic Bid. He is a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and many other awards of recognition.

Member - David Nichols (Port Hope)
Mr. Nichols, a resident of Port Hope, is a lifetime member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Canada. He has served the community as a Director of the Port Hope Community Health Centre through its construction and start up period; as Treasurer of the Board of The Peterborough Civic Hospital; Chair of Peterborough Economic Development Council; Reeve of Smith Township and Chair of Finance for the Peterborough County Council. His business career included 30 years with Alfa Laval Inc., a publically traded Swedish multi-national group. He was CFO for both Canadian and US Operations and advanced to CEO of Alfa Laval Canada and retired as President and CEO of US Operations.

Member - Samantha Singh (Toronto)
Ms. Singh was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and practiced in the area of Insurance Litigation for a number of years. A member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada, she has also taught Health Care Law at George Brown College’s Health Information Management Program as well as Introduction to Law and Legal Research & Writing at Seneca College. From 2003 to 2007 Ms. Singh served on the Board of the Scarborough Women’s Centre which provides information, education and support to women leaving abusive or isolating situations. During her time at the Centre, Ms. Singh served as chair of various committees and was President of the Board for two years.

Member - David Sudbury (Ajax)
Mr. Sudbury is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary for Honda Financial Services. He first joined Honda Canada in 1982 and has held progressively more senior positions, obtaining his current position in 2006. A past Governor for Junior Achievement of Canada and a Certified Human Resources Professional, Mr. Sudbury is also a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Accountants (Chartered) Chief Financial Officer Program and sits on the Conference Board of Canada Ethics Committee.
