An easy paced walking group for the bereaved
Experiencing the loss of a loved one can leave us feeling depleted of energy and lacking desire to get out and do things on our own. This walking group offers an opportunity to re-energize, while sharing and listening to others who have also experienced a loss

Time: 9:45 am and 6:15 pm
